What we collect

• Interest list: name, email, participant type, format and attendance preferences, optional note.
• Proposals: the above plus organization, title, summary and optional link.
• Consent records: consent version, timestamp and your marketing choice.

Why (legal basis)

• Responding to your request — your consent, given with the required checkbox.
• Marketing email — only with the separate optional opt-in; withdraw any time.

What we don't do

• We don't create accounts or subscriptions from these forms.
• We don't sell personal data or put it in analytics.
• Analytics are off unless you enable them in the footer, and never include names, emails or free text.

Spam & abuse protection

Submissions pass through a first-party server that applies validation, a hidden honeypot field, timing checks, per-IP and per-email rate limits and idempotency keys. IP addresses are used transiently for abuse prevention and not stored with your lead beyond a hashed, short-retention value.

Retention & your rights

Interest records are kept up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by email.
